Shipping for the USA is at book rate and is about $5.
International Shipping: $49 for one or two books. This is the postage through the US postal service. I have not found any less expensive way to ship out of the country.
Please Note: If you are ordering the book or both books from a foreign country, due to the astronomical cost of shipping, you must assume the risk of the shipping cost. In case of a book not arriving, I will bear the cost of the book itself and refund that portion of the cost to you. But you will have to bear the cost oOrders from outside the USf the shipping, even though you don't receive the book. So be sure you give your exact address clearly. We have not had many problems with shipping to foreign countries, but occasionally this happens.
Also, the shipping cost from the USA to Great Britain and most other European countries at the moment is $49.00. I am currently working on publishing the books in Europe, to cut down on shiping costs, but for now the only alternative is to pay the high shipping costs. I appologize, but I have no controle over the postal service.
